Produce is locally sourced wherever possible.
Free-range eggs are courtesy of Eleanor, Steve and the rest of the
Winton House chickens. Sausages are supplied by our pigs, and bacon from Clive Porter of Mickleton
is keeping us stocked. From September apple juice, and plum jam will be
available from the Orchard crop too. Tomatoes, and fruit come from the
garden when in season.
